Overview
The EX-1273CT HDMI Extender over IP enhances your video and audio transmission capabilities, extending them up to 180 meters (600 feet) in full high-definition 1080p format. Using cost-effective Ethernet cables, users can easily extend content from various sources like set-top boxes, PlayStation, Xbox, PCs, laptops, and any other HDMI-equipped devices to remote display monitors, including HDMI-enabled TVs and LCD PC monitors. Moreover, the EX-1273CT is HDCP compliant and supports IR pass-through functionality. Additionally, the EX-1273CT provides a total solution for display extender and splitter. It can switch between transmitter and receiver modes, featuring an embedded 2-port Layer-2 switch that allows one source to be displayed on two synchronized screens. The EX-1273CT fully integrates with your existing LAN infrastructure without the need for specific AV network installation or maintenance. Simple and Fast Ethernet (100M) ports and Cat.5 cable are sufficient for AV exchange over 200 meters. This is made possible by the EX-1273CT's low bandwidth compression and high-performance PHY design.
